Dynasty Strategies

Complete Dynasty Leagues
These type of leagues will allow teams to keep there whole roster or over 50% of there roster. These leagues will have no draft or a very small one. It is recommended that only the most experienced and dedicated people attempt to run or join one of these leagues. The amount of years teams are allowed to keep players will vary from one league to the next. I will list some of the advantages and disadvantages for each format. Of course, some of these will pertain to more than one league. But I will list the major ones below.
Advantages
1) Teams will have a chance to build and coach / manage a more complete team from season to season.
2) Allows people to keep more of there favorite or best players.
3) Emulates real pro teams. Pro teams do not start over each season but rather keep a whole roster. Which this style does for the most part. Just like real teams.
4) Gives team owners the chance to let there skills show by being more knowledgeable in fantasy sports, trading and rookie research. As it will take all these skills to stay competitive when keeping more than half the roster.
Disadvantages
1) As we all know, drafting is one of the best parts of the season. And this format will have no draft or a limited one.
2) With a 100% complete dynasty. Teams will have to improve by finding young talent in rookies, on the rise players, find sleepers or make trades. This is not necessarily a disadvantage but does make it harder for teams to improve if they happen to have a less than desirable roster.
3) Teams that are doing really bad may not return for the next season. And new owners will have to be found for these teams.
4) Favorite or the best players may not be available for a few seasons.
